Liang Jiang is a Senior Consultant at Tiang & Partners, where he specialises in cross-border acquisitions, restructurings and private equity transactions. With nearly 2o years of legal practice, Liang has built his career at several leading law firms in both China and Singapore. He has extensive experience advising a diverse portfolio of multinational corporations, private equity firms and leading PRC companies on all aspects of complex deal-making, including strategic deal structuring, comprehensive due diligence, transaction documentation, negotiations and successful closings.
Liang holds a Bachelor of Laws from Zhejiang University, Master of Laws degrees from Columbia University and the National University of Singapore, respectively, an MBA from China Europe International Business School and a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience (Distinction) from King’s College London. He also completed an exchange programme at Duke University’s Fuqua Business School.
He is admitted to practice law in the PRC, Hong Kong and California, and his multidisciplinary expertise is further enhanced by his credentials as a CPA (Australia) and certifications in data privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM), and trust and estate planning (TEP).
