Over-the-counter virtual assets trading to be regulated in Hong Kong

On 8 February 2024, the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau of Hong Kong issued virtual assets (‘VA’)-related consultation paper to regulate over-the-counter trading of VA (‘Consultation’).
