David Law

David is a Senior Solicitor at Tiang & Partners who acts for financial institutions, investors, lenders, borrowers and trustees on banking and finance transactions. In particular, he has extensive experience in structured finance, securitisation, asset-backed and secured finance and structured products. David also advises on all matters of corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining Tiang & Partners, David was a lawyer at global law firm Jones Day. Before commencing his legal career, David worked as an analyst at the new business development and finance departments of the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts (US headquarters).

David holds a Juris Doctor (First Class Honours) from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) (Highest Honours) from The University of California, Berkeley.
