Matthew is a Senior Solicitor of Tiang & Partners with substantial private practice corporate experience across a wide range of corporate legal matters, advising listed and private companies in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), disposals, joint ventures, business restructuring and reorganisations, regulatory compliance and other general commercial matters.

Matthew possesses solid knowledge in corporate law and in the M&A sector and has previously represented listed companies and private companies across different industries including financial services, retail, logistics, energy, automotive and technology.

Matthew qualified as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2018. He holds an LLB from King’s College London and a PCLL from The University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
